Paul joined us after working in Sales for Meridian Wine Merchants. Wine is the third love of his life. Paul loves that every bottle has its own journey from the vineyard to bottle right through to the moment you encounter it in the glass, and the most memorable ones linger long after the last drop. Paul has his Certificate in Cape Wine and his ambition is to keep advancing his wine journey to make a difference by sharing his passion and sharing the educational opportunities that the Cape Wine Academy has to offer. He is an avid wine lover and his favourites are Chardonnay, Shiraz and Cap Classique – in that order. Paul is the proud father of a beautiful daughter and the spouse of his better half. He enjoys nature and being active, and he is happiest when he gets to combine time with his family and friends – with a glass of Chardonnay.
