Returns & Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel a course, this is required to be done so two weeks prior to the date of the course taking place. Should cancellation be initiated two weeks prior to the date of the training, 89% of your monies paid will be refunded.

Should you have booked yourself on a course of which you don’t meet the minimum requirements, based on the prerequisites set out for that training course, 89% of your monies will be refunded, provided that you have initiated cancellation two weeks prior to the date of the training taking place.

We will replace you for any product delivered that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask that the customer returns the original product for replacement. Once the product is received the replacement of such product will be initiated.

We are unable to replace any product that the customer has purchased in error.
