Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up to 10 working days prior to the start of the course, after which time you will be liable for the full payment of the course fees.
If a confirmed course booking is cancelled during the 9 working days prior to the start of the course, or at any time after the start of the course, no refund or transfer of the course fees will be made.
Transfers of a confirmed booking can be made up to 5 working days before the course start date.
Course fees will be refunded in full if Cape Wine Academy changes a course date or cancels a course.
Should you have booked yourself on a course of which you don’t meet the minimum requirements, based on the prerequisites set out for that training course, 100% of your monies will be refunded, provided that you have initiated cancellation two weeks prior to the date of the training taking place.
We will replace you for any product delivered that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask that the customer returns the original product for replacement. Once the product is received the replacement of such product will be initiated.
We are unable to replace any product that the customer has purchased in error.
