The Front of House Course is designed to set a basic standard in the wine industry for service and hospitality attitudes to tourists and guests in hotels and restaurants.
On successful completion of this course, students will have an understanding of the basics of wine and how to interact and advise guests on Cape wines. Successful completion allows advancement to the Certificate Wine Course.
Recommended for tertiary hospitality and tourism students and tasting room hosts.
