Cheers, Harry!

We would like to thank Harry for his contribution to the Cape Wine Academy during his tenure as Principal. Harry was appointed as Head in September 2018, shortly after graduating as the 101st Cape Wine Master in South Africa. Under his leadership, the Cape Wine Academy celebrated its 40th birthday, our branding was modernised, the course content and study materials were revitalised and he presented the very first online class during lockdown heralding a new era of blended virtual and contact learning.

Harry will continue to support the Cape Wine Academy in his capacity of Vice Chairman of the ICWM as well as his role on the educational committee. He is passionate about enriching people’s lives through the enjoyment of wine and will be pursuing exciting new prospects. We look forward to what lies in store for Harry’s Big Wine Adventure.
