»Six South African Wines:
3 white wines and 3 red wines
R150.00 per person
»Port, South African:
Ranging in styles (including white, vintage,
LBV & Ruby) Cost: R175.00pp. Including
Portuguese Ports Cost: R250.00 pp
»Sparking, All
South African: Showing a range of various
styles from carbonated to Cap Classique:
Cost: R175.00 pp | Including French Champagnes:
R400.00 pp.
»Comparative;
South African vs International wines:
(3 local, 3 imported) Cost: R250 pp.
»A 3-hour Wine and Food
evening. Matching 8 wines and
8 different foods. Cost R325.00 pp. This
can be conducted at your premises, in
consultation with your chef. However,
if you are providing the food then it
is R200 per person.
»A 3-hour cocktail course.
Where guests watch cocktails being made
and also get to make, decorate and consume
their own, Cost R225.00 pp, which includes
a cocktail book valued at R175. This is
a very social, interactive event.
»Brandy and whiskey tastings.
Cost: R250 pp.
Course
duration
A standard corporate wine tasting will take
one- and- a- half hours. Should you have
something more specific in mind, let
us know and we will prepare a proposal
for you.
Course materials
The Cape Wine Academy supplies all the wines,
a presenter, an assistant (depending on
numbers), glasses, crackers and spittoons
for any corporate wine tasting eveng.
If you have any specific ideas of what
you would like, we could arrange something
suitable for you.
**For all functions outside JHB a travelling
charge of R4.50 per km will be applicable.
* All costs are based on a minimum of
20 people.
