The Cape Wine Academy Cocktail Course
is a two-and-a-half hour presentation
introducing you to the delights of cocktails.
The cocktail course
includes a welcoming drink, and making
three cocktails during the evening, on
your own and consuming them while watching
the expert garnish and introduce you to
traditional styles like Dry Martinis,
Pimms and Singapore Sling, together with
new exciting ones like Black Russians,
Springbokkies and many more.
